Can I rent a unit online without visiting the office?
Yes. Our entire rental process can be completed online in under 5 minutes. Reserve your unit, sign the lease electronically, and make your first payment all from your phone or computer. You can move in the same day with no office visit required.
What are your access hours?
Access hours are 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM seven days a week. The facility is monitored 24/7 by HD video surveillance for added security.
Do you require a long term contract?
No long term contracts ever. All of our rentals are month to month, so you can rent for one month or as long as you need. Cancel anytime with no penalties.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, ACH bank transfers, and checks. You can set up automatic monthly payments online to never worry about a missed payment. A $25 fully refundable security deposit is required at move in.
Is there a discount for first time renters?
Yes. We currently offer 50% off the first 2 months of rent plus a free lock on select unit sizes. Check the live unit listing to see which units qualify for the promotion. Discounts are automatically applied at checkout.
Can I store a vehicle, RV, or boat?
Yes. We offer outdoor parking spaces for cars, motorcycles, jet skis, boats, trailers, and small RVs. Vehicle storage starts at just $20/month.
What items am I not allowed to store?
For safety and legal reasons we do not allow: flammable or hazardous materials, perishable food items, live animals or plants, illegal substances, firearms or ammunition, and any stolen property. If you have questions about a specific item, just give us a call.
